Our Hatha Classes

Hatha is a type of yoga grounded in our poses! Hatha allows us to learn and focus on our bodies while we move through the flows and hold our poses. A mid-paced class, this class is great for beginners!


We currently offer Hatha classes on Tuesdays at 10:30 am, and Mondays & Fridays at 5:30 pm.

Vinyasa Class

Vinyasa is a great way to start your day with a bang! One of the most athletic kinds of yoga, join us for a swiftly paced class that energizes our bodies and prepare us for the day. Vinyasa helps us unite our breathing, body, and mind!


We currently offer Vinyasa classes Monday & Wednesday mornings at 9:00 am!

Morning Mobility

Morning Mobility is a great option to help your body warm up for the day! Moving through poses designed to gently awaken us and reconnect our mind to our physical form! This gentle class is a great option for beginners.


We currently offer Morning Mobility twice a week at 9:00 am on Tuesdays and Thursdays! 

Guided Meditations, Sound Bath & Breathwork

Every week we focus on a new topic, generating a personalized meditative experience to guide and relax you. Meditation Club requires no physical yoga, and is an amazing introduction into meditating and mindfullness! Past topics include Chakra Activation, Healing and our Higher Self, Gratitude, and many more!


We currently offer our Meditation Club twice weekly before our Yin Yoga class on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:00 pm. 

Restorative Yin Yoga

Yin is a truly restorative kind of yoga that focuses on seated and laying positions that are held for many moments. 


We currently offer Yin Yoga classes after Meditation Club  on Tuesdays & Thursdays at 7:00 pm, and Saturday & Sunday evenings at 5:30 pm!

  • Reiki

    Meditation helps us to learn mindfullness and patience. Meditation can come in many forms; guided, individual, sitting, moving- there are many ways to meditate! 


    If you're looking to start your journey, we offer a guided meditation with breathwork and a sound bath twice a week!



  • Chakras

    So, what are Chakras?


    Chakra in Sanskrit literally translates to 'wheel', representing the idea that we have constantly spinning centers of energy throughout our body. 


    While there are said to be over 100 chakras all throughout and around our body, there are 7 main chakras that we commonly focus on. 


    Each chakra correlates to a different part of our energy and being, with each one being attributed to separate aspects of our life.

  • Yoga

    On the mat, our practice focuses on intentional and mindful movements, breathing, and presence of mind.
