Chakras
So, what are Chakras?
Chakra in Sanskrit literally translates to 'wheel', representing the idea that we have constantly spinning centers of energy throughout our body.
While there are said to be over 100 chakras all throughout and around our body, there are 7 main chakras that we commonly focus on.
Each chakra correlates to a different part of our energy and being, with each one being attributed to separate aspects of our life.
Yoga
Yoga is not just a physical practice, but a combination of physical, mental, and spiritual components.
Yoga works to create a union between mind, body, and soul.
