We welcome any and all levels of comfort with open arms, and are eager to help you begin your own yoga journey! Our instructors are fantastic and trained on how to provide accomadations and modifications to any pose.
We also have everything you'd need for one of our classes here in studio; blocks, bolsters, straps, mats, and more! So all you need to bring is yourself! Classes are offered 7 days a week!
Massage Therapy
Book Now!Massage Therapy is one of the core components of our healing here at Flō! We offer appointments 7 days a week, always with one of our incredible massage therapists.
Our massage options include Swedish, Sport/Deep Tissue, Therapeutic, Hot Stone, Pre-Natal, and more.
We offer appointments in 60, 90, and 120 minute increments, as well as offer a variety of 15-minute add-ons available to be included with any massage appointment!
Spiritual Services

Our energy work includes Reiki and Access Bars, both powerful energy healing modalities intended to open your energetic and spiritual currents and release blockages.
Hydrafacials
Book Now!We offer Hydrafacial™ treatments, a top-rated dermalogical facial that is non-invasive and deeply effective!
The technology can be used for your face and body, so wherever you are struggling with your skin's appearance, we can help! Hydrafacials™ work by using a Vortex-Fusion™ technology, gently exfoliating the skin and opening the pores. The four-stage treatment then moves on to extract dirt and debris (gunk, if you will), before cleaning the skin and then infusing boosting serums, moistruizers, and vitamins into the skin!
Every session also includes a red-light therapy session!
Guided Meditations
We are so proud to offer our Meditation Club twice a week. Our Meditation Club consists of a new theme or topic every week, a guided meditation based on that theme, guided breathwork, and a sound bath!
We begin every session with some guided breathwork, before flowing into the topic of the week. Each topic includes a new and custom meditation every week!
During the meditation club, you'll also be enjoying a sound bath from our various instruments like our chakra singing bowls, our crystal harp, drums, tuning forks, and more.
Meditation Club is held Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:00 pm!
Local Art & Products
Flō is so proud to diligently support our local communities! One way we uplift our local talents is by showcasing dozens of local artists all over our studio!
Plus, one a month we hold a Maker's Market where local businesses, artists, vendors, and orgnaizations come out for a Sunday evening of fun and good vibes.
In-studio we sell multiple local brands, including Kaion Boutique, ORS CBD Products, Marisa's Piscean Crystalarium, and are always growing and adding more!
