Where did Flo Wellness Come From?

Flo Wellness was born from the belief that wellness should meet you wherever you are. Founded by Nina Harry, Flō originally began as a beloved studio and spa in St. Augustine Beach, quickly becoming a sanctuary and community where people could find calm. When life shifted and the physical studio closed its doors, we chose to see it not as an ending — but as an invitation. An invitation to reimagine what wellness could look like, and how far it could reach. We decided to embrace our very name and go with the flo.

From that moment, Flō Yoga & Spa transformed into Flo Wellness, our goal shifting to create a mobile boutique wellness experience, bringing holistic healing into the world.  We created Flo Wellness to bring the healing energy of yoga, sound baths, meditation, breathwork, and other spiritual practices directly to you. Whether we’re holding one of our Signature Experiences or creating a connection between team members in a conference room, our mission remains the same: to make wellness accessible, intentional, and unforgettable.

Now, instead of waiting for people to find us, we get to bring the Flo Wellness experience wherever it’s needed- to homes, retreats, parties, offices, and gatherings... Because wellness isn’t tied to one place.
