What Exactly IS a Women's Circle?

A Women’s Circle is a sacred gathering designed to nurture connection, reflection, and renewal among women. It’s a space to pause from the noise of daily life and come together in authenticity — to share, to listen, and to simply be. Each gathering blends guided meditation, soundbath, somatic awareness, and guided discussions in a nurturing environment.

We center our Circles around a unique theme, like grounding, self-love, or renewal. We're also always happy to create a theme specific to your group!
