What is Breathwork?
Breathwork is the practice of using intentional breathing techniques to calm the mind, release tension, and restore balance to the body. Through guided breath patterns, you’ll activate your body’s natural ability to reset — leaving you centered, clear, and deeply relaxed.
Regardless of your experience level with mindful and intentional breathing, our Breathwork classes can be a huge benefit to you. A great class for a group of small to medium size, this is an incredible way to introduce a holistic wellness practice to you and your loved ones!
What’s Included in our Guided Breathwork Class?
- An essential oil at the beginning of the session to help set the scene and open our senses
- A discussion on the benefits and effects that mindful breathing can have on your daily life and overall wellness
- A meditation with an accompanying live soundbath to help time your guided breathwork
